I am the founder of Anxiety and Trauma Solutions, a healing space created to help individuals overcome anxiety disorders, emotional overwhelm, fear-based behaviors, insomnia, and psychological trauma through compassionate, trauma-informed support. My work combines professional hypnotherapy training, psychological studies, mindfulness practices, Emotional Shock Therapy techniques for pathological anxiety, and holistic approaches designed to support emotional healing and personal growth.
What motivates me most is knowing that so many people today are silently struggling with anxiety, emotional pain, chronic stress, trauma, and disconnection, often without feeling truly understood or supported. Part of my passion for this work comes from my own understanding of the healing journey and the transformation that becomes possible when people are given the right emotional tools, guidance, and support.
Through Anxiety and Trauma Solutions, I offer one-to-one sessions, group therapy, healing circles, workshops, and educational programs in both English and Spanish. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where people feel heard, emotionally safe, empowered, and capable of healing. I focus especially on helping individuals dealing with panic attacks, generalized anxiety, trauma-related distress, grief, emotional exhaustion, and major life transitions.
I believe anxiety is one of the fastest-growing emotional health conditions in our society, and that modern lifestyles, emotional disconnection, and increasing technological overstimulation are contributing to this growing crisis. My vision is to become part of a new generation of wellness leaders helping teach people how to better understand themselves, regulate emotions, heal trauma, and develop healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.
Ultimately, my goal is to build a respected and accessible healing platform that not only helps people reduce emotional suffering, but also empowers present and future generations with the emotional tools, resilience, and self-awareness needed to live with greater peace, balance, connection, and emotional freedom.
